At Fenti Fitness we can offer a range of approaches to exercise and fitness, including:
Strength and Conditioning - through the use of bodyweight and weighted exercises you can improve the strength, size and endurance of your skeletal muscles, helping to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Circuit Training Sessions - we run regular outdoor group High Intensity circuit training sessions. In these sessions you take part in a range of different activities, working for short, sharp periods of time, as hard as you can. This is very much led by you and your fitness level. We aim to create a non-threatening, fun environment during which you can help to improve your strength, balance, agility, overall fitness, mental health and encourage fat loss.
Cardio - through using High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT), we aim to help to improve both your cardio fitness, as well as promoting fat loss through short, sharp bursts of exercise. These activities are great because they require very little space and time, and can be carried out with little or no equipment. If required, we can also help to coach your cardio fitness through running training sessions.
Flexibity training - through engaging with regular flexibility training, such as stretching and yoga, you can assist with increased joint mobility, better posture, decreased back pain and a lower risk of injury. Through increasing your flexibility you can improve aerobic fitness training, muscular strength and endurance.
